Stunning location close to the train station with a beautiful view of lake. Based really close to the mountain, Hatton and surrounding areas, and Mount Castle for 1 night after the Adam's Peak-hike.

The room and washroom were spotlessly clean, with a mesmerizing view. The bed and blanket were super comfortable. The food was tasty and the host made it exactly as we asked. The host was incredibly friendly and kind. The road to the hotel was a bit damaged but manageable for good drivers. No negative comments to give!

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful, quiet area surrounded by greenery. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with excellent facilities such as hot showers and comfortable beds. the balcony provided a lovely view of the city. the breakfast included in the price was delicious and satisfying.
The downstairs room we stayed in was not well insulated, and we could hear noise from other guests.

I had a great stay at a peaceful facility with a beautiful view. The receptionist was very nice and attentive to my needs. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel also offered helpful assistance in arranging train seats, although it didn't work out in our case. I would highly recommend this hotel for its pleasant atmosphere and friendly service.

The staff went above and beyond, being friendly and accommodating, even arranging dinner and transportation for me. The hotel was located in a quiet and neat area, with beautiful surroundings. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with excellent shower facilities and hot water. The beds were wonderful, providing a great night's sleep. The price was very good, including breakfast. The location was windy and cool, surrounded by stunning views and gardens. The hosts, especially Mr Ranjith, were very friendly and helpful. it was a fantastic stay and I would happily return.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and the rooms have a beautiful view of the tea plantations. The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful, recommending things to do in the area.
We were disappointed when we were charged extra for arranging train seats that were not available and were nowhere to be found. Additionally, the room was not clean on our arrival and there were some hidden charges on our bill.

As a group of friends, we loved the friendly and helpful staff at Mount Castle. Pushpa and Nishyandan went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooftop view and little garden area were perfect for relaxing and breakfast was delicious. The staff even provided blankets when we were feeling cold at night. The hotel also organized transportation for our Adams Peak hike, and when the driver didn't show up, Nishyandan himself drove us at 1 am in the morning. Highly recommended!
Felt safe, no complaints.
